They have the fastest service time of any fast food chain by a country mile. Their quality is ALWAYS the exact same fresh quality that you expect, no matter which location you go to. Their prices have not ballooned like many other fast food places over the years (McD's, Wendy's, etc) Their employees are actually pleasant and their managers actually care about their employees. I believe they also give scholarships and school funding help opportunities to their often younger employees as well. Pretty sure no Chickfila has ever gone under as well.
