The museum did a recorded reading of the names at the sight cause 'covid' but Tunnels to Towers did the live reading of names on their own. Also common if there's any - and I mean ANY MCA (and other) music publishing groups' content in the video (which actually makes sense because YT spent - and is spending - a small fortune in licensing for clearance and playback on YT - not on embedded videos elsewhere).
There's no filtering on .win as far as embedded videos are concerned. It's selectable by the people who post it (or the music captcha algorithm).
To get around this - goto the share option on YT - copy the address, goto streamable.com, paste, copy the new video link - post link here. Done.
