That tweet is from almost a full year before Trump started withdrawing troops. As I said before, the moment Trump actually started the withdrawal, she was doing interviews with every network that would listen about how we were abandoning the kurds, that we needed to stay for the kurds, and we couldn't leave while leaving Bashar Al-Assad in power.
She supported the withdrawal until it happened, and then she did her 180 and revealed that she's just another war mongering leftist. STOP FALLING FOR IT.

Sounds like it doesn't it... yet when you watch the actual interviews, you will find Tulsi Gabbard demanding we continue the regime change war in Syria, and crying crocodile tears for the kurds.
That's the problem, she's two-faced. Just like the other democrats, she accuses her opponents of doing what she is actually doing. "Pull out of Syria, you war mongers! Look! Republicans want to keep up the war and they say it's because of the kurds! Wait, I didn't really mean to pull out of Syria! What about the kurds? THINK OF THE KURDS!".
That link contains just one interview... she was all over Fox, CNN, MSNPC, and all the usual suspects saying the same thing. That Assad is evil and has to be removed from power, and that we can't leave Syria until that is done and the we have to stay to protect the Kurds.
As I keep saying, her entire purpose is to seem like a moderate, a sane democrat that normal people can safely vote for... but all of her beliefs still align with the party.
