I grew up Christian, Catholic specifically, but I only went to church on holidays. I became a biologist and agnostic, borderline atheist (I believe it's called "weak atheist").
I still don't know how I feel about God and religion, to be honest, but I recently started to wear a cross around my neck. I wear it simply because I believe in Christian values and Christian ideals and I'm proud to support my Christian friends.

I was raised Buddhist studied zoology and genetics then became semi religious. I'm as confused as you are but I believe there is a higher power.
Nothing wrong with that. I recently started studying Shintoism, simply because it's nothing like I've ever experienced before. It's interesting and confusing but I enjoy reading about it. It's a crazy world out there and the more I read and learn the more I realize I'll never even scratch the surface on understanding the ultimate truth.

Lol I was raised lazy Episcopalian, studied Buddhism for several years and then in Medieval Art History class realized so much of the Gospel and Catechism is the same as the dharma that I became Catholic. Happened after my children were born, I was filled with so much love and gratitude. Thich Nhat Hanh has a great book bridging the two religions from the Buddhist side, Living Buddha, Living Christ.
As long as you still believe in Kek and his prophet pepe it's alright :-D
