I literally got into a convo with some lady on Twitter a short time ago regarding her denial of this. A guy stated that he personally witnessed a fire being set, and she didn't believe it because according to her the news and law enforcement stated it was just a rumor. I then replied with links to multiple recent stories of arson arrests all over the West Coast (all MSM sources), and I even included the USFS post asking for information on multiple suspicious fires.
