We already know many of the 'protesters' are mentally ill. My suspicion is that some of them have decided, or are being ordered to, cause anarchic damage for the sheer sake of taking down the 'enemy'. Where 'the enemy' is simply anything not them. This seems to be a war, and their plan is to inflict damage to the rest of us. Authorities already caught one guy setting fire to the center divider area of a highway. That would make no sense except to try to imperil a mass transit corridor. Is this early experiments in disrupting civil capabilities?
