All the counties surounding Onondaga county ( where Syracuse N.Y. is located) went red in the 2016 election. Only the counties around Syracue , Albany, and Buffalo ( for the most part) went blue. Upstate New York would be a red state if not for New York City. Your upstate vote in a red county means nothing here. Kind of sucks but no riots or antifa where i live on Oswego county. Syracuse on the other hand is fucked.
I live on the border of Onondaga and Oswego counties. Its because we all have guns. So glad my kids are out of high school. Trying to get the last one through college but Cuomo and his bullshit are making it awful tough on my son. Lives on campus but attends 90% of classes virtually. Absolutely a shit show in this state.
