How about we handcuff them together on the ground in a long line, strap the first one to the C5 Galaxy (maybe two lines if the runway isn't long enough), then take off and watch them undulate all the way to 30,000 ft, get 'em nice and frosty, and then [insert your version here].

What's the tensile strength of the human wrist? I think that's the limiting factor as to how long you could make that chain.
