He should be charged with attempted murder, plus more. He was previously arrested at a riot carrying illegally. Is that not a felony? He was carrying concealed again at this riot, a repeat offense. I don't know if that's a felony either, but notice he's not even charged. Under such circumstances the official record becomes 100% meaningless.
