Money doesn't win elections, message does. Money just tells people who never heard of you who you are. Everybody knows who Trump and Biden are. Get the good message out.

Money also buys ads which sway low information voters. I've been hearing nothing but Democrat ads against Republican incumbents in local and state level races. All of them using the china virus as a wedge issue.
