Almost everyone was supporting the Nazis before the war, because the NSDAP created jobs and restored national pride after the deeply unjust and humiliating peace treaty of Versailles. This support waned as the war went along, but then it was too late. There was no room left for any opposition.
But it is also true that the Nazis were strictly against Communism. Nazis never believed that private property is theft, similar to today’s social democrats in Europe, who aren’t against private property either.
