Months of setting fires, breaking windows, stealing anything that isn't nailed down, swinging pipes and boards with nails in them at people, punting people's heads while they're on the asphalt.
Those guys go free and the crack investigation team focuses on some guy doing a BM on her doorstep like so many homeless do on business' doorsteps in her district.
