How is 97 acres large enough for a city? That's like what 1/8 of a square mile?

Also, I would assume "safe for black people" in retard speak means "no police force." Therefore, this would be one of the least safe spaces for people of any race to live. They'll have to build one of those "racist" walls to have any hopes of keeping outsiders out.

Also, there's a thing called black on black crime and it harms the most black people statistically and it's not even close. So ironically the safest places for black people to live would be the cities with the most police and the fewest black people, at least statistically speaking. This sounds like the opposite of that.
