It's such a no brainer. I'm consistently surprised that more Republicans and Trump supporters don't support this more vocally and widely. What with the libertarian trend of modern Republicanism. So many single-issue voters over this, offering it as second term goal would bring soooo many votes to Trump.
Focus on cartels selling hard drugs and take away the black market incentive to deal cannabis. Pardons for nonviolent offenders. Legal recreational use by adults 21 and older may be approved by individual states.
It's hard to argue that any victimless non violent criminal should be locked up for $40k a year just so they can be raped everyday and turned in to violent unemployable criminals.
YAY
massive #YAY

2nd term goal?
He should EO it right now, and start mass pardoning people who meet certain qualifications.
(Have to exclude the violent offenders who pleaded down for non violent charges)
YAY.

You're not even verifying ID for this vote?
Informal. Yay or nay?
It was a joke.
Yaaaaay!
I'm with you, I'm not a libtwit.
But you're not answering the question. It was about 95-5 split last time I posted the question.
The attached meme might have a little too much bite this time. People are avoiding it.
Well, I can't answer that yay/nay because it requires me to take a position on different things and then predict the outcome.
It's actually just a simple question, if you support decriminalization or not.
If you do think politicians should have that kind of power and control over the people, I'd ask you the same question about alcohol.
Also, every vote ever requires you to take a position based on predicted outcomes. That's what voting is.
I'm fine with decriminalization of pot. Burglary can be a non-violent crime as can arson of an unoccupied building. Neither should be pardoned.
Burglary and arson are not victimless personal choice crimes. Why bring them up?
YAY x2 (myself and my wife). Decriminalization weed and focus on finding the child traffickers
