to be believable by plebs, this would need a video showing both phones side-by-side showing texts being sent and received, regular and blocked, in one scene. it could still be faked, but that would be very dumb to do so. screenshots otoh, very easy to fake.. especially with fake sms screens. cheers!
Not faked, there are people in the Google Fi forums of reddit saying the same thing, I know because about 2 or 3 weeks ago i found out first hand my phone was doing it as well.
Did they ever figure out if it was the google fi network or the phone itself? I have a pixel and was considering moving to Verizon because of the censorship. But if it is the phone itself, then I'm moving on.
