How will we know when it’s time? How will we know each other in real life? We’re safe here for now on this site, but I have no doubt it will promptly get shut down when it starts. Is there an established Ham radio channel?

It would probably be a complete mess. Things would eventually sort out in a month or two as to knowing who to shoot. But living that long would be the goal. In other words just getting to the starting line would be an ordeal. Best to hunker down for awhile.
