If Biden is at this point, I don't know how he is going to pull off a debate. Maybe they'll try to shift his circadian rhythm to later in the day, keeping him awake in a brightly lit room. Otherwise, he is likely to become irritable and it won't take much for Trump to set him off into a rant.
