How can one be a cop in a place like SF? Allowing yourself to be a tool for these politicians?

You are told every day to ignore the homeless junkies pooping, stealing, and doing drugs in the open.

Then you're told to arrest this guy over here that's sick of all the crime and shit and you carry out your orders like a good sheep.

This arresting officer even has an attitude to go along with his orders. Where do they find these guys? And are these the guys we're supposed to be "backing"? Because this officer - fuck him and the horse he rode in on.

I DGAF if he's got a family, bills, etc.

If he had any principles, he would simply refuse. He and his fellow officers. Refuse to make a criminal out a of an otherwise law-abiding citizen that's had enough. Just say no. Stand the fuck up. Grow some balls. Get fired. Let the chips fall where they may.

To me, this is the police earning the hate.
