I don't understand it... Dude was fighting them biting them had all kinds of different people screaming.... I guess people just need to be reeducated on proper procedures when dealing with law enforcement. I thought that Chris Rock's skit back in the day with have helped... Then Dave Chappelle tried it... Just none of it seem to work
