Seen this first hand with weed dealers. All are charged with the same crimes. Suspects A, B are male and suspect C is female. Males got identical sentences with no priors and female gets probation even though she had prior convictions and she immediately went back to dealing the day she posted bail which was reduced from $25,000 to $2,500. Guy's bail was reduced to $10,000.
