Yep. Modern day “black culture” has devolved itself into gang banging, hood thuggery. It has settled into acceptance of “the racism of low expectations”, hence why proper english and enunciation are not given importance. Compound all that with significantly small numbers of father figures and an incomplete nuclear family (mainly with only female figures-mum, grandma, aunts, etc), shitty fucking “role models” That are rap stars, an overwhelming desire for Stardom (see: worldstar), and an overwhelming amount of mob mentality (i.e. crabs in a bucket) and its easy to see why “black culture” is so royally fucked.
And it wasnt always like this.
The only culture that matters is American culture, but sadly, many of these blacks dont even want to be American (first). They see their skin color as the only thing that matters, surprise surprise that this is exactly Lyndon Johnson and the Democrats has been serving them for decades.
I've noticed this as well. It's priveliged white leftists who are screaming the loudest (and being listened to by corporate America and the Democrats) for police to leave the inner cities. I know alot of black people who want cops in the hood because they're terrified of the gangs and crime.
