Courts are something a civil society has, and we clearly aren't that any more.
Courts have to be impartial and it's been clear for decades that most of our judges are anything but. Even "conservative" judges aren't because they will intentionally give different sentences to some criminals based on physical characteristics than others.
I'd argue that a court system that bias is no better than having none at all meaning we haven't been a "civil society" for decades at this point. Most people just don't care because they've never had to go through it or had someone they know go through it.

Unfortunately we have limited space at the hospital since a lot of women are having babies. Its bad enough we had to pre-register for it.. so ER might be an option if we can’t get in there.
