We have federal anti discrimination laws dealing with real estate.

Let them build it, then have a bunch of multi racial pedes apply to live there along with white pedes.

The most recent anti discrimination cases have involved minorities or companies such as Facebook only advertising to one minority group which is a violation of Federal Fair Housing laws.
