They are making the rapid ID'ing of people using face scans and the NSA firehose of data into "autism at work".

So basically just because the shooter is obviously short on the video, that's their evidence?

That person is able to move each foot straight ahead without them swinging way out to the right and left, which the midget can't control because of hip and joint problems from his body type..... I recall a Forensic Files ep where they had grainy surveillance video and identified the suspect based on how he walked. Your attempted mock = fail.
Looking at the arms when running away looks like a midget. The legs look like a child though.

The thing is I swear when I first saw the video it looked like a midget but I honestly did not expect that to be as likely as it being a child.
What boggles my mind is the lack of instant commentary on that by the media or others.

The height looks to me like between a dwarf and average for adults. Just on the upper range (IE, just below 5 foot).

It's not him. People downvoting you aren't looking at the way the two run. The shooter does not have typical bowed midget legs like the guy in the Cops video does, which makes him run awkwardly. The shooter runs like a normal person and has straight legs.

Assuming that's actually the guy and that they have more evidence besides him just being a short person in LA.....
The important thing is that the correct person is identified, so lets be careful to not jump to conclusions. Seems like a decent theory so far. Hopefully one of the police officers shot and confirm whether or not this person is indeed the correct person or not.
There probably are other camera angles that give a good look at the face. The police are holding those back so they can search first.

From the video it looked like the suspect was a woman from the way they moved/ran.
Makes sense though that it could be a midget with the very distinctive gait.

If you look at when he takes his top off he's clearly got midget like proportions and the way he moves is like how a midget moves.
That camera is so blurry though it gives little to go on. He might be a little too short. The runner appears to have more bandy legs but it's really hard to tell.
It's not enough to be sure. The video is so blurry you might as well bring in every midget and kid in the block.

There are some opinions on /pol I won’t get behind, but when it comes to this stuff I think they’re more capable and interested than the actual authorities. TBH though, I am pretty sure there are a lot of cops, PIs, intel peeps, etc. that frequent or even post there (bit scary I know).
