Unbelievable how this can be dug up in less than a day without some massive scale video processing capabilities.
They are making the rapid ID'ing of people using face scans and the NSA firehose of data into "autism at work".

So basically just because the shooter is obviously short on the video, that's their evidence?

That person is able to move each foot straight ahead without them swinging way out to the right and left, which the midget can't control because of hip and joint problems from his body type..... I don't think it's him. The killer has different legs, thinner ones. The midget runs more awkwardly.
It's not him. People downvoting you aren't looking at the way the two run. The shooter does not have typical bowed midget legs like the guy in the Cops video does, which makes him run awkwardly. The shooter runs like a normal person and has straight legs.

In the shooting vid, I wonder if his pants are sagging making it hard to run. Or if there's something on his back. He walked up pretty normal just had trouble running
