I don't think it's him. The killer has different legs, thinner ones. The midget runs more awkwardly.

It's not him. People downvoting you aren't looking at the way the two run. The shooter does not have typical bowed midget legs like the guy in the Cops video does, which makes him run awkwardly. The shooter runs like a normal person and has straight legs.

You got the wrong perp, everyone. Keep looking.

In the shooting vid, I wonder if his pants are sagging making it hard to run. Or if there's something on his back. He walked up pretty normal just had trouble running

Yeah but they are bowed out like a lot of midgets have. The shooter didn't have bowed legs. It's not the guy.
