The thing is I swear when I first saw the video it looked like a midget but I honestly did not expect that to be as likely as it being a child.
What boggles my mind is the lack of instant commentary on that by the media or others.
The subject description is black male 28 to 30 wearing dark clothes with no mention to being pint sized.
I wonder if he has had limb lengthening.
Gangs do recruit children or while young and often parenting is awful so its not unheard off on occasion for them to have a child do shootings.
I'd suspect an expert in skeletal motion and dwarfism might be able to tell if that's an adult dwarf or a child.
The height looks to me like between a dwarf and average for adults. Just on the upper range (IE, just below 5 foot).
I can't be sure about that on potato cam but seeing on cam two he looks high enough when standing by the car.
He's a tall midget which might be why it's confusing.
The think that makes me think midget is his running away. I think at some point he has his back straight and you can see what looks like those kind of weird restrained angles midgets run with and a sense of proportions being off. I can't say it's conclusive though.
There are moments where it looks like he might be fat or large proportionately but I can't see anywhere in any of the frames where I can rule out baggy or puffy attire.
