well i mean, not trying to super shit on this, but if you were to get rid of 100% of the crime rate in any country, only a small percentage of the population would disappear

Also, if 100% of the black population were committing crimes, America would be in a war. 13% of any population could overtake a country. To suggest the 13% of americans that are black are all committing crimes is nonsensical. We would have hell in this country that would make this situation we are in look tame.
