Most of these other governments have a law that forced the drugs to be fixed at a certain price which makes it extremely unprofitable for the pharma companies. So they use the US to subsidize the rest of the world by keeping the prices high here.
Now that the US will be paying a fair price... Its going to cause these pharma companies to move out of these countries, go under, etc.

Just defund the vast majority of colleges; no need for those textbooks if there’s no Marxist institution to teach the material to begin with. I went to a big name California University and I don’t understand how the information in those books are worth their literal weight in gold. I aced some GE classes without those stupid things cause they’re a complete ripoff.
