I used to commute (many years ago) and was an NPR junky. I stopped commuting and my listening time decreased, but in the last 3 years I played a game: listen until ‘gender’, ‘race’, or ‘poem’ was said...I don’t listen anymore because I can’t do more than 5 minutes. Seriously, try it.
Don't forget about climate alarmism. I swear, one of the foundations that funds them must've made it a requirement to shoehorn something about global warming into every story about weather. Fires? Climate change. Floods? Climate change. Cold? Climate change. Hot? Climate change. Drought? Climate change.
