At first I was pissed off at the BLM flag in my neighborhood. Upon further reflection, I'm glad these insurrectionists are making themselves and their homes known.
It is not your fault that your neighbor is retarded. There are people out there that actually think BLM is a good thing and they do not have any idea what it really is. Keep your head up. The police have more support than ever right now, that is why the left is railing so hard against you guys....Just like our POTUS. We will win this war against the Evil Left and fuck your neighbor. Fuckin bitch probably feels safe because her neighbor is in law enforcement ( I am assuming anyways) So when the shit hits the fan and she comes running to you for help. Tell her that Black Lives Matter and slam the door in her fucking face.
My neighbors put up a BLM sign in their yard. They're not bad people in general (I'll have a beer with them sometimes) but just brain washed with major TDS.
I countered with a giant American flag I've hung on my front porch. I have received so many complements from neighbors walking down the street and see our two house together. One BLM and the other USA.
Our neighborhood is becoming full of houses flying the American flag. It's really nice to see the support for our country
Talk to her about it and civilly explain your concerns or disagreements. You could even leave an anonymous letter. Dont try to have her take it down just try to share an alternate perspective on it
Slowly build a report on her, you're likely to know more of the neighborhood's ordinances than she. Build non-combative events together, get it on record, address these complications with tact.
She has already set her foot out to show she is emotionally moved, without drawing attention to it, let her take the first accusation. Wait for her to start saying and accusing you of targeting her over the flag, she will eventually act accordingly, likely to grow with other statements more gratuitous.
She will eventually overstep and the law is on your side as opposed to hers (unless you got a DA that is likely to just throw it out). She's likely to be fined a hefty sum, cause they're likely looking to fund the cleaning up and the destruction of the city as many are seeing exodus, this is a prime target for them.
She made the statement, she knew what she was attempting. But she is obviously not logic-based or she would have questioned BLM a while ago.
She's going to keep pushing, and if she has done that with your car, that's just more evident that if applied pressure she is far more likely to crack. Your very existence breaks her.
So basically, get HoA (if possible) in on some reports, call in low level transgressions, like unshoveled sidewalks, hazardous material, various things that require honest inquiry. She will not consider it as such. And keep it on record.
More than likely, she will do something within her property that is an active no-no. And heaviest punishment is her having to pay her way out of it, the law may not being as eager to arrest, but the government is more appealing to charge her fees to placate their own shortfalls. When that happens, just place a large American flag on your property. She will know what that means, and it is perfectly legal.

The one and only BLM sign in my neighborhood was taken down over the last few weeks as the BLM violence ramped up.
I'm waiting to see what their breaking point is going to be before my neighbors take down their sign. My guess is it stays up until election day.
