I never was a big fan of the NBA or NHL, NFL I watched but really only for my team, MLB i was a diehard.... I gave up on that 3 weeks ago now, I feel great actually. Covid broke my routine which showed me i wasn't going to start withdrawing and selling out really broke the spell for me. This is great, I had a really productive Sunday which was pretty much a write-off day for me in years past.
