We did this “diversity, equity, and inclusion” shit at my office and it went over like a lead balloon. A coworker (who I didn’t know was so based) interrupted the video call halfway through to say basically exactly what Ms. Hirsi Ali is saying here, and the resulting triggering was epic.
The instructor (indoctrinator?) had absolutely nothing to say in response and started arguing that the “evidence is out there” that all whites are racist, and cannot experience racism themselves. The whole agenda was laid bare, and I can say with certainty that their mission to slide this CRT shit into our company failed spectacularly.
It’s such a dangerous philosophy that has been creeping into our mainstream but I’m thrilled that people are fighting back in my liberal shithole city.
I have my training on Wednesday...looking forward to seeing what happens. I have a former Russian on my team and he's constantly griping about masks and the Covid hoax. Hoping he signed up for this training in the same time slot I did.
Yeah I have a friend who also has that job, goes around to companies lecturing them on CRT. I've argued with her about it and a few other issues and was surprised that she has absolutely nothing to back up what she says. I mean, it's her job and she does this every day, so I actually expected her to kick my butt in debate, but all she could say is "the evidence is out there" and tell me to check my privilege. Even if she has bad arguments, she should know them well. But she was totally flummoxed because she's never questioned this stuff even a little bit.
