When you think of it, this is fucking hilarious. Or terrifying.

Exactly! You’d think he’d say that on day one. Of course he would have caught hell from the DS media because that could have made the C19 infection rate lower and his handlers would not have approved.

That's a blatant lie..

We are what we eat.. if you like to consume garbage, processed foods, then so be it.. but if you wake up one day, obese with a belly, and a fatty liver, don't go crying how shit your life is..

Falling sick isn't going to kill you.. high cholesterol, a stressed body and high blood pressure that causes you to pop a vein one day or clog up your arteries to the point it prevents blood circulation WILL. and that is ENTIRELY on you..

Eat clean, lean meat, little to no carbs, unprocessed foods, & eat less. Exercise is entirely optional.. but recommended to maintain physical strength & mental happiness.

Your post implies that you do actually exercise some. That goes a long way.

I'm locked inside my house for the foreseeable future and never interact with anyone else. I haven't been sick this year.

Vitamin C is water soluble so stop wasting it on mega doses. All Vitamin C not used is eliminated in expelled water.

Look up individual vitamins in the multivitamin. There are some vitamins which can be toxic in large doses.

Facebook is factually wrong: Vitamin D is helpful.

New Study: Vitamin D reduces risk of ICU admission 97% in patients treated with hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin, but not zinc

Like what AOC said you may be factually right but you’re are not morally correct s/

Independenceforever 3 points ago +3 / -0

So if this study hadn't been done

  1. Would Vitamin D still be helpful?

  2. Would people believe it?

What makes people perform these studies in the first place?

Strange how much faith people put in medicine (synthetic nutrition) over basic nutrition. Aren't they the same thing (chemistry)? There's nothing magic about medicine. Everything in life is a matter of math, logic, and chemistry.

Do people really want to pay thousands for problems that can be treated nutritionally for pennies?

Seriously. You can literally look up all the med school textbooks online. There's no hidden information you have to join some guild or cult to access.

You'd think logic, nutrition, and chemistry would be pre-req for med school but nah drinking and hoes. There's a reason doctors die so young.

The only logical, defensible corporate positions for all of the "socials" at this point: 1) declare yourself a "platform" open to all expressions of opinion and sharing of news, 2) declare yourself a "publisher" and accept full liability for 100% of the site contents... or 3) become the MTV of cat videos - all cat, all the time, 100%, 24/7

Probably half of America should be taking vitamin d supplements (or, you know, just getting outside in the sun and getting exercise for a bit each day)

Even without getting into the virus, to quote WebMD:

Low blood levels of the vitamin have been associated with the following: Increased risk of death from cardiovascular disease; Cognitive impairment in older adults; Severe asthma in children; Cancer. Research suggests that vitamin D could play a role in the prevention and treatment of a number of different conditions, including type1 and type 2 diabetes, hypertension, glucose intolerance, and multiple sclerosis.

According to a 2011 paper, The overall prevalence rate of vitamin D deficiency was 41.6%, with the highest rate seen in blacks (82.1%), followed by Hispanics (69.2%).

I can't believe it took THIS LONG for "medical experts" to talk about people's immune system. That is the best defense people have against this thing and it has NEVER been mentioned.

Facebook and Twitter are apparently experts in everything since they get to decide what's fact or fiction. Then you have Google manipulating searches because they know what's best for everyone and what we should be looking for. Isn't indoctrination great? /s

Why is this bitch doing interviews with Jennifer Garner in the first place? Why is he throwing pitches at baseball games while condemning their existence because it's too dangerous? Why is he making fun of the virus by having his jersey say Fauci-19 on it? Why is he in the audience sitting on his friends laps not wearing masks? Can this loser just be prosecuted for destroying millions of American's lives?

Quercitin, zinc, D3, and C. It's about $20 /month and much more effective than tying a rag to your face. Fauci is a pile of crap.

You don't have to be a doctor to know these things.

What you eat (and the quality thereof) is more important than the NIH. Really.

Med school requires like zero nutrition education.

There has been reasonably good evidence from very early on to support the assertion that Vitamin D can prevent COVID-19 from becoming a severe illness. The evidence has only become stronger and stronger. Over 40% of Americans have low Vitamin D levels in the winter. A daily dose of 1,000 or even 2,000 IU will give you plenty of Vitamin D, and still give you wiggle room. The maximum recommended level as far as toxicity goes is 5,000 IU. So 1,000 or 2,000, which is certainly adequate, will keep you well below that level.
