I don't think its a Hoax per se, they engineered it to killer Fat People with Morbid Diseases, then "PRETENDED" it got out in China where they couldn't get blamed for SEEDING IT throughout the rest of the World, even though I think they seeded it as a strategy, or via seeding it it got loose in China for a while and since they knew how dangerous it was they LOCKED DOWN China effectively.
