Something has been bothering me about this shooting....

Two officers are ambushed. Sadly becoming more and more common place. Protestors are vile shit. Nothing special.

But are there protestors hanging out at ERs waiting for injured cops? I know police scanners are a thing and I admit I don’t know how long it was from the shooting to paramedics getting them to the ER but it seems odd that antifa/blm could organize a group that quickly.

It's one thing to try to murder people just doing their job to make the world a better place, but uniquely vile to go and gloat about it at the hospital while their life hangs in the balance.

These people are already over the line so it doesn't surprise me in the slightest.

Yeah buddy, I hope they can see the error of their ways but the news media and social media built a bubble for them to live in so they think their actions are appropriate :(

I thought the protestors were out there after the officers were already in the hospital?

From what I heard on Los Angeles news (KTLA), the thugs were blocking the way so the ambulance(s) had hard time getting the cops to the hospital but the thugs got turned back.

Should've run them over

Good point. It usually takes a while for the news to run the story too. People in LA are crazy though and there's tons of rioters with nothing else to do so ... I guess it's possible that a core group is listening to police scanners and putting the word out? Or the chanting group is connected to the shooting.

What if the chanting group was on standby, waiting for the shooter to take their shot, and once they got the call they beat the ambulances to the hospital to block the entrance?

Edit: now I'm reading some stuff that the protesters showed up after the deputies were admitted to the ER? Either way, still fishy how fast they got there.
