They have to be finding junkies and just dumping loads of their choice of drugs on them. There is no way they are finding this many suicidal people. A la carte for them then bring in the agitators and wait for the junkies to do something real dumb. Like OD in the middle of the street, or attack a police officer with a huge knife. No way people can be buying this BS.
Sadly, “Suicide by Cop” is and has always been a real thing. In the digital era everyone has a phone to record it, and thus we are seeing it more often than we did in the past. I once knew a man who wanted to die, held a knife and had blood running down his arms at a train station while yelling at the police to shoot him. Thankfully they did not, and recognized what he wanted. He committed suicide maybe a year or so later, but as terrible as that is, he didn’t use another person to murder him.
