people publicly breaking laws in the streets, and not one is being arrested.

I'm a fan of live-ammo for riots, but that's just me. That said, there doesn't appear to be that many rioters, you could probably round up these douches pretty easily.

If they shut this down today, the riots would be dead tomorrow. However since they're allowing them to do their thing, these riots will be bigger tomorrow when the tourist agitators show up.
