To be fair, if we held black people responsible for the deeds of their ancestors the same way they think they can do to us, we'd be accusing them of being slavers, since that's how they got here in the first place. Was watching a livestreamer and he was saying that the cop should have trained in martial arts and then he would have easily been able to get the knife out of his hands.

Somehow random uneducated people on twitter know more about police work, than the people who have hundreds of hours of training, and thousands of hours of experience, and lessons informed by billions of hours of police interactions. Even if such a thing were possible, what's to say their opponent hadn't also trained or was sufficently strong to resist whatever disarming technique.
Anyone who watches police videos knows that it's standard procedure that if someone is armed with a knife, and you shoot them, and the subject is down, you still don't approach the subject. You wait for adequate backup, and if possible a shield, and only then do you approach the subject.
If police use that much caution on someone who just took several bullets, I'm fairly sure every single police officer would quit the police force before they agree to attempt to manually disarm people with a knife.
I'm sure the dumbass on twitter would happily show us his amazing and super-reliable knife-disarming technique.
They play so many video games that they lost touch with reality. Do they have a clue how difficult and dangerous it would be to try to karate chop a drugged up sociopath with a knife? Even in their sad little games, they choose the biggest gun in their arsenal to shoot a character 900 yards away.
