The solution is to crack down on these “protests” really hard and really fast. If even one window gets smashed or if even one store gets looted then the riot police and national guard need to come in immediately with tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse the crowds. The “protest” should be effectively ended at the first hint of violence or vandalism.
Rioters need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and the sentences should be maxed out. Make an example out of them and make them regret ever showing up to steal, damage property, and attack innocent people. There should be zero tolerance for any of that.
