I was standing in line with an elder-pede after the Minden rally to get back on the shuttle to take us to our cars parked at the farm across the highway. He was saying he heard Lickasack was going to try and fine every person who attended the rally $500 each.

Elder pede said he’d pay his fine right after Lickasack pays his fine for getting caught eating out in Vegas during his own lockdown.
