Doctors mostly get into the field because they want to get rich, being a doctor is the most certain path in this country to a six figure income for most Americans, its easy to tempt them with money. We used to tempt them to compete with each other to be better doctors using money as the reward in the days before the kenyan voodoo healthcare system took over. Going back to that might reform the entire medical field overnight.
