Weird that it's mainly the Baltic states that actually suffered under the yolk of Communist Soviet Russia that bother to hold up their end of the bargain in NATO. Almost like the rest of the socialist EU doesn't give a shit or something.

The Baltic states have been fighting to be independent for hundreds of years. They almost literally joined NATO upon declaring independence in 1991. They knew Russia would try to take them again.
