Not while in service. Makes you red in MEDPROS for deployment. It isnt as simple as just getting a waiver from your doctor either.
Does red in medpros mean we're paying someone to be a soldier whose not able to deploy?
It can mean they are on temp profile, perm profile, currently waiting for MEDPROS to populate with updated med records, etc.
They probably don't care about winning either.
