The WWII guys are a treasure who are slipping away. Record their stories and spread them. Lost a 96 yr old a month ago who was a marine at 17 and led a remarkable life. God bless them and thank the Lord for allowing us to have them for as long as we have them

Great idea, pede. Just did this with my niece. Recorded some family history with her that she didn't know about, a half hour's worth. Going to do more of this as the opportunity occurs. Dementia runs in our family, gotta do it while I'm still sharp.

Eat coconut oil 2 TSP everyday. Dimentia doesn't happen overnight, give your brain what it needs to build, it is a muscle too, you know.

Absolutely, with each passing we lose a little of the heritage these men and women represented... true understanding of sacrifice and selflessness and doing the right thing for the benefit of the country

crazy to think about - my whole life every old person in my mind was a WWII vet - insane to imagine no WWII vets. It's also weird to think about everyone's grandpa not being a war vet.

Slipping away?

The reason this is all happening is because they're gone.
