We’ve seen Trump go for 2-3 hours on a rally stage, in the heat, with thousands of people. 4 hours in a comfortable, AC filled room with a quality microphone will be child’s play in comparison.

if Biden happened to actually show up, there would be Vegas odds on him just physically lasting all 4 hours let alone remaining coherent. i doubt he could last speaking alone for 4 hours, let alone getting berated by Trump for 4 hours. he'd be a total mess by the end of it.
and the optics of Biden not showing up would be a close 2nd to that.
