It'll be paid for by the tax payers, unless we can directly sue those who made the decision

Why canโ€™t we?

Everyone who was put out of work for ANY period of time should sue to recoup lost wages and savings.

Dewine "respectfully disagrees with the ruling". I hate this tyrant so much. We need to get rid of all the rinos. Come on Ohio we need to do better.

Also the mask mandate would effectively be struck down under the same logic so what is the implication there?

Do all the states!!

violates due process

Surprised it took this long to figure out that angle. Allowing the governor to put an entire state on effective house arrest without charges or a trial is pretty goddamn unconstitutional.

Now do the mask mandates.

Second domino ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘.

Letโ€™s make some lawyers rich suing the fuck out of every single county. City council. State. CDC. Extrajudicial imprisonment of WHO employees and any Chinese National caught intentionally spreading the virus.

Fair enough. As long as dominos are falling!

If a judge determines something is unconstitutional in one state, it should be considered unconstitutional in all states

This was from June, for all the good it did us. Which was none. Mr. Magoo has got to go.

Never seen this before but it is 3 months old. As one of commie Deslime's political prisoners. It has not changed much. Your still supposed to wear a mask and a bunch of other bs he still keeps adding. Don't forget the new FEMA camps. As he sees fit hopefully he loses the new lawsuit also from ohiostandsup.org

Other states will be in similar hot water. Unequal treatment under the law matters. These states may want to start preparing budget funds to pay for lawsuits to come to repay the financial damages.

LOL! Although I support this judge's ruling, I find it funny that a JUDGE is saying this! (unless he's an elected judge, which some are, at least in my state)
