Wolf already had excuses to ignore the order and an appeal ready to go before the ruling even came down. Sadly the court wasn't able to do anything at all to free the people of PA from the tyranny, the courts are toothless and all of Wolf's restrictions will remain in place.
If Wolf is up for re-election this November, his opponent now has some really good ammunition to use against him.
