Hope you folks are armed up. You'll need it in your lifetimes. This I gaur-an-fucking-tee you.

Look into South Africa. There was no uprising, just a slow inexorable slide into the abyss

66
Modus_Pwninz 66 points ago +74 / -8

South Africa is like 95% retarded-ass black people who VOTED FOR what they got.

We are not the same.

GEOTUS TWEETED THIS W, “NEXT STOP THE BALLOT HOAX!” Let’s go!!!!!!! We really are taking back our country pedes! Also I just got a 1896 senate campaign pin from Teddy Roosevelt in the mail today. It looks beautiful! Got Eastwood’s man w no name (good, the bad & ugly) trilogy too on blu ray, a vintage postcard from my college, a vintage patch from my hometown soccer team I played on, a Gameboy Sp employee necklace never sold to the public and an unopened wii nunchuck. Saturday I got a couple vintage 1910’s postcards from Japan too!

8

Now do any major city.

10
Modus_Pwninz 10 points ago +11 / -1

Haha, point taken but major cities are not all 95% black. In the south, yes...But places like Minneapolis the issue is more than that. Lots of blacks, yes. Bigger issue? 20% Somali - which by the way, black people do not view Somali's as "the same" as them. Most black people think Somalians suck.

At any rate, the cities are NOT America. What we need is an Electoral College that is split by congressional districts. We'd never have a Democrat President again. MN for example is worth 10 EC votes, and they'd only get 1/10 in current year.

6
1A2A 6 points ago +6 / -0

With demographics changing as rapidly as they are, give it a couple more generations. I hold out hope but man it looks fucked.

4
Dead_Sennacherib 4 points ago +6 / -2

I hear that argument a lot, but I think it's false. Trump won 28 percent of the hispanic vote in 2016. He's projected over 35% this time around. Hispanics are much more conservative than you realize, and many of them are hard workers that own their own business. I think they will likely become a solid conservative voting base if we quit bringing them in illegally and allow them to get established here.

4
deleted 4 points ago +5 / -1
3
Afeazo 3 points ago +3 / -0

Demographics can change but American values must always be taught. That is what America always was and why we have people from all over, people who came to this country had a certain mentality, they are willing to leave behind everything they have, whether coming from Ireland, Poland, Korea, Japan, Jamaica and many more to come to the frontier that the United States always was. Where people in Boston loaded up their whole families and made the 3,000 miles journey west, across the great plains, across the Rocky Mountains, and thru Death Valley just because they heard a rumor that the land was loaded with gold.

We need Pro-American education back in our schools to remind people what this country is and why it was founded. And quite honestly, we need some plan where if you want to leave the country and revoke your citizenship, we should cover the cost for you and a one way ticket with a ten year ban on re-entry. If these people hate America so much, let them leave instead of staying here and destroying it for the rest of us.

2
Test_user21 2 points ago +2 / -0

Demographics aren't changing, well at least not like you think. Newcomers to the US are having fewer and fewer kids, and this has been a trend for over a decade, now.

Modus_Pwninz 10 points ago +10 / -0

Yes. Though, I am not sure all necessary people will stand up.

I am sure some will. If we die for what is right, we die for what is right. Can't live forever either way...if you want to live in hiding and fear, go for it.

Maybe if we fight hard enough now with voice and pen, we won't have to shed blood and die later.

I think the high level globalist goblins actually want a hot war. Once the lead starts flying, America as we know it is done.

While we're battling each other, the dollar will instantly stop being the reserve currency, and inflate to near worthlessness.

Chyna and a coalition of UN SCUM will take our OCONUS holdings, and probably a California as a beachhead.

Chyna will also probably take everything West of the Nine Dash Line, maybe excluding Japan.

Let's hope we can turn it around without a hot war.

5
Modus_Pwninz 5 points ago +6 / -1

This is almost certainly the current plan. They don't give a fuck what happens to the USA, so long as it falls.

2
Modus_Pwninz 2 points ago +4 / -2

And he don't have it.

2
OneBigMaga 2 points ago +2 / -0

Freedom is only dead if we allow it to die.

1
Modus_Pwninz 1 point ago +2 / -1

Don't!

We will rebuild anew.

4
dingocaloocan 4 points ago +4 / -0

I didn't realize some states might have tried to ban in person voting.... that was 100% on the docket and would have ruined the country.

3
WrongKidDied 3 points ago +3 / -0

NJ did ban in person voting, got a letter in the mail about it a week ago. Only special cases or people with certain disabilities can vote in person. Everyone else has to vote by mail, and we'll get turned away if we go to a polling station

89
GEOTUSMAGA 89 points ago +90 / -1

Since it's a fed judge, wouldn't it automatically mean the same for any state's orders?

IANAL. I'm also not a lawyer.

89
GoldwaterVoter 89 points ago +89 / -0

Obama's appointed judges had no problem making their individual illegal alien decisions apply to the entire country.

1
doodaddy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah didn't Trump get his federal travel bans blocked over and over by a political hack of a Hawaiian judge?

At some point, it makes no sense.

60
Bidens_leg_hair 60 points ago +60 / -0

No. Only applies to the jurisdiction. It does set precedent though and if another jurisdiction contrasts it then it should go to supreme court

34
kag-2020- 34 points ago +34 / -0

Exactly. Common law dictates you can use this to argue your case outside the jurisdiction but activist judges can still REEE at which point you have grounds to bring it to the SC which is unfortunately in the Communists favor.

25
Bidens_leg_hair 25 points ago +25 / -0

Right. Activist judge rulings also get to be immediately applied across the country with no fight

19
Whoopies_tds 19 points ago +19 / -0

17
Raindrops1984 17 points ago +17 / -0

So how could a private citizen take this to court in their own state? I’d be willing to be the face of a lawsuit against Cooper (nothing to hide).

10
RocksCanOnlyWait 10 points ago +10 / -0

There are two aspects: Right to assemble and right to occupation (including operate a business).

On assembly, the unconstitutional part for PA is that it was overly broad and the restriction would not accomplish the stated goal. Restrictions on assembly must be narrow and specific.

On freedom of occupation/run a business, the unconstitutional part for PA was that it was based on an extra-legal term of "life-sustaining", which was applied arbitrarily by the administration.

If you have standing, i.e. you have been directly affected by either, then read the ruling and see if the details apply to your situation.

9
Necrovoter 9 points ago +9 / -0

Hawaiian Judge precedents under Obama, mean that POTUS can do whatever he wants for jurisdiction anytime a federal judge rules in his favor anywhere.

12
Bidens_leg_hair 12 points ago +12 / -0

No. There’s another part of the unwritten law that states the president must be a Democrat to hold that power

6
deleted 6 points ago +6 / -0
1
Necrovoter 1 point ago +1 / -0

That rule only applies to Cis Democrats and Cis Republicans. As someone who transitioned from being a Cis Democrat when he was younger, and now identifies as a Republican, the unwritten rule allows POTUS 45 to hold that power.

OGTD1 72 points ago +72 / -0

Yea where the fuck was this six months ago before we were forced to give up our liberties? Judges have no balls to take on these endless “Emergency Powers”

58
NazisWereSocialist 58 points ago +58 / -0

Judges should be required to immediately review emergency powers.

31
Destineed369 31 points ago +31 / -0

That should be the first step to implementing emergency powers.

24
AngryWriter 24 points ago +24 / -0

It should require judicial approval like a warrant. And specifically, NOT like a FISA warrant.

2
GravityBounce1976 2 points ago +2 / -0

Great suggestions.

6
umopapsidn 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'd argue first step immediately after. You don't want rioters burning down your buildings for months before your state can implement the order.

3
Destineed369 3 points ago +3 / -0

If our politicians had any propensity go create legislation or even emergency powers that have some sort of sunset to them I would agree. They don’t give back the power the liberty we let them borrow on our behalf.

19
thisisatestof2 19 points ago +19 / -0

It should be limited to say 15 days and it will expire unless the legislature Votes to continue it If the judge says it is legal. From that point on any changes the governor requests must be approved by the legislature and voted on. The legislature should also be required to vote on if the orders stay in effect every 15 days.

Also, if either a judge rules it is Unconstitutional or the legislature refuses to approve it past it’s 15 day mark, the governor is prevented from issuing a similar executive order on the same topic/issue for 90 days.

11
tufftoffee 11 points ago +11 / -0

Some states already have people running who are considering implementing something like this in the future, like AL

9
deleted 9 points ago +9 / -0
3
NormaJeanRocks 3 points ago +3 / -0

I know its listed in my state as the Governor can only issue Executive orders for 30 days, is that all states too? But somehow that turned into 6 months and not shit has been done to stop it.

What ever happened to based stickman? That guy was a legend

2
Spicy_maymay 2 points ago +2 / -0

His name was Kyle Chapman. The California judge and prosecution intimidated him into a guilty plea. Complete bullshit. In Cali it is likely they would have found him guilty no matter what because it is a state of tyrants and pussies. He plead guilty to felony assault and has 3 years of felony deferred adjudication. If he gets a parking ticket before 2022 he will go to prison for 20 years.

2
IllUseAnchorBaby 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thanks for the update... yeah I remember his name and tried to search for what happened to him last night with no luck (at least I stumbled across some amazing Based Stickman videos)

Probably smart that he lays low then... supports MAGA in 100% legal ways going forward. Always will be an American hero For putting his ass on the line to fight real fascism 🇺🇸

17

There's a picture of him on his wiki page: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_S._Stickman_IV

That is a man who is fed up that the bars are closed and that it's well nigh impossible to get a good steak in Pittsburgh because of the governor.

6
brainwash 6 points ago +6 / -0

You can see the wiki bullshit in action happening in real time. Some random IP just added the following in an edit about the decision:

"controversially citing the widely-repudiated Lochner v. New York"

They just had to add that in the article. I haven't read the judge's decision yet, but I find it highly unlikely that his order relied on Lochner. This filthy little wiki operative just really wanted to put "controversially" and "widely-repudiated" in there.

Yup, they all should be tried for clear negligent homicide. In the case of Levine, his action of pulling his mom out is particularly important because it shows his intent. So I feel he should be tried for premeditated murder of his fellow statesmen.

You can't sue or prosecute government officials for being complete idiots. Being an idiot isn't a crime.

There's potential to prosecute Levine, as stated above. His action of taking his mom out of a nursing home at the same time as implementing policy of moving COVID patients to nursing homes shows that he was aware of the impact of his policies.

I agree on the idiot part, intent is hard to prove. I would say: at what point does a DA not doing his job make him an accomplice?

Wolf and The Thing Levine never maintained the restrictions based on science, if they had, they wouldn't have killed thousands of nursing home elderly. The most fragile among us. Nursing home deaths in PA accounted for around or above 80% of the total deaths due 100% to these two hack fucktard stooges.

The definition of 'permitted' green activities changed multiple times as well. Restaurants may be able to open at 50% indoor dining on Sept 21 if they agree to self certify, but can opt to stay at 25% or takeout only.

Wolf has to be feeling some pressure. He needs tax revenue from an open economy. Dems own businesses, too.

thisisatestof2 4 points ago +4 / -0

Just like Connecticut, we were supposed to enter phase 3 in June As long as certain metrics were met in the state of Connecticut, which they were. Then all of a sudden just before that date the governor comes out and says well, while we have met the required metrics for me to proceed to phase 3, I am in definitely delaying it.

3
Pede3 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm not a lawyer, but the restaurants have to sign a document agreeing to follow a certain set of restrictions, like not serving alcohol after 10 pm. Maybe the consequences are more severe if you self certify then violate the agreement? Restaurants are still given the option to not sign, but must stay at the current lower occupancy.

NYC_4_Trump 6 points ago +6 / -0

Are you telling me there isn’t science that says Churches are dangerous beyond 25% capacity, but gyms are dangerous beyond 33% capacity?

2
SheepleMaster 2 points ago +2 / -0

It was impossible to make these decisions based on "science" because science is repeatable experiments. No one had proven lockdowns worked so there was NO science. It was some assholes opinion to lock down, nothing more.

Chromodynamic_Soup 24 points ago +24 / -0

"Pennsylvania has documented 140,842 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 7,869 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic."

What they don't tell you is that almost 70% of those deaths occurred in nursing homes, homes that mass murderer Wolf required to accept Coronavirus patients even if there weren't proper facilities for quarantine.

16
ailurus 16 points ago +16 / -0

PA has a population of just under 13 million. My condolences to the families of the dead, but 8000 out of 13 million is ridiculously small. That means one death for every 1625 people in PA. That's what the whole state was shut down for. Even if it was general population instead of nursing home focused, that's ludicrous.

9
ReligionOfPoop 9 points ago +9 / -0

"But if we didn't do the lockdown, it could have been worse!"

Your counter argument that you can't argue against because...well, we can't go back in time, can we?

Dennis Prager called that out from the start. No matter how little or how much death was truly caused from the China virus, it would be "because lockdowns saved us from more."

5
thisisatestof2 5 points ago +5 / -0

I will be curious how many people died from things like cancer, car crashes, etc. Since they begin keeping track of coronavirus deaths.

2
Hempbeard 2 points ago +2 / -0

Surprisingly COVID cured all cancer and stopped all car crashes because somehow cancer patients and those in car wrecks miraculously died of COVID.

Letting governors ass rape their blue voters hard, for a full year, is what it takes to make them actually decide to at least stay home and not vote while telling all their fake friends they pulled for Hiden.

He's not going to suddenly flip now and take on the governors when it's working so well for him.

It's the cops who need to abide by no longer going after open businesses.

Law enforcement needs to start ignoring the unconstitutional mandates.

11
TwoPlusTwoEqualsFour 11 points ago +11 / -0

Wolf and co. belong under the prison for what they did to our nursing homes. A good start I guess.

11
MAGAWookie 11 points ago +11 / -0

So what does this mean? Can we stop wearing the fucking masks?

5
RocksCanOnlyWait 5 points ago +5 / -0

According to the ruling, it means:

  • No lockdowns again. They're unconstitutional.
  • in PA, limits on assembly from pandemic rules are removed. They were overly broad.
  • There is no such thing as an "essential" business. All business can be open.

The ruling only has effect for PA, but its likely to expand across the nation with additional suits in other states. Also, it will be appealed, possibly with a stay.

Mask mandate was not part of the lawsuit.

MAGAWookie 2 points ago +2 / -0

BREAKING: Hawaii Judge orders Pennsylvania Judge's Order Unconstitutional

8

Judge Based Stickman!

8
jamrs 8 points ago +8 / -0

IMPORTANT: https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2020/09/14/gov-tom-wolf-coronavirus-shutdown-orders-unconstitutional/

“This ruling does not impact any of the other mitigation orders currently in place including, but not limited to the targeted mitigation orders announced in July, mandatory telework, mandatory mask order, worker safety order, and the building safety order.”

Also, the gov is trying to get a stay while they appeal the case. It's crucial that they lose.

5
Pede3 5 points ago +5 / -0

This. Nothing changes at the moment. PA pedes have been down this road several times now when the state legislature tried to overturn Wolf's rules. I hope this time is different and we can go to the bar or restaurant to celebrate without Plexiglas and the kids can go back to school, but we need to see what develops now. Wolf has to be feeling the pressure, though.

3
jamrs 3 points ago +3 / -0

What part of the state are you in? I have some restaurant suggestions. No covid restrictions at their locations except the bar is closed.

3
Pede3 3 points ago +3 / -0

2

REPRESENT!

3
RocksCanOnlyWait 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is different. Federal judge > state.

The state legislature passed bills, but did not have a veto-proof super-majority and Wolf sure as hell won't sign those bills.

Various aspects of the lockdown were previously appealed to PA supreme court, which said, "Nope, we're okay with Wolf stomping on the constitution."

2
rbobjones69 2 points ago +2 / -0

Absolutely right, that POS Democrat dominated PA supreme court sided with Wolf every time. Like with civil rights matters of the 50s and 60s, we look to the federal government to ensure our rights. This never would have happened without Trump

1

Joking aside, Wolf appears to be pretty dumb. He seems to be taking all his cues from Cuomo. Whatever NY does, Wolf does a couple days later.

6
KekistanPM 6 points ago +6 / -0

The governor’s office did not immediately return a request for comment on the new ruling.

I'm shocked. I expected a heated response about how the federal judge wants millions of people to die.

But I suppose the fearmongers have that covered.

6
JustTheNews 6 points ago +6 / -0

5
Chiliad5 5 points ago +5 / -0

Lawyer pedes: Practically speaking, does this mean anything? Or is it like Heller vs. D.C., where you’d never know that the plaintiff actually won?

9
NYC_4_Trump 9 points ago +9 / -0

Lawyer here: it sets a precedent for PA. It may also have an affect on NY/NJ/CT. Jurisdictions usually look to one another for guidance if they don’t have a proper case in their own jurisdiction.

More importantly: I see this as the beginning of a flood of lawsuits in heavily locked down states. The people are fed up. The governors lost their arguments around riot season.

2
Cyer6 2 points ago +2 / -0

As I mentioned above, I know Texas has had thousands of lawsuits filed across the state since the spring. Hoping this precedent starts to move the ball.
