GEOTUS TWEETED THIS W, “NEXT STOP THE BALLOT HOAX!” Let’s go!!!!!!! We really are taking back our country pedes! Also I just got a 1896 senate campaign pin from Teddy Roosevelt in the mail today. It looks beautiful! Got Eastwood’s man w no name (good, the bad & ugly) trilogy too on blu ray, a vintage postcard from my college, a vintage patch from my hometown soccer team I played on, a Gameboy Sp employee necklace never sold to the public and an unopened wii nunchuck. Haha, point taken but major cities are not all 95% black. In the south, yes...But places like Minneapolis the issue is more than that. Lots of blacks, yes. Bigger issue? 20% Somali - which by the way, black people do not view Somali's as "the same" as them. Most black people think Somalians suck.
At any rate, the cities are NOT America. What we need is an Electoral College that is split by congressional districts. We'd never have a Democrat President again. MN for example is worth 10 EC votes, and they'd only get 1/10 in current year.
I hear that argument a lot, but I think it's false. Trump won 28 percent of the hispanic vote in 2016. He's projected over 35% this time around. Hispanics are much more conservative than you realize, and many of them are hard workers that own their own business. I think they will likely become a solid conservative voting base if we quit bringing them in illegally and allow them to get established here.
Demographics can change but American values must always be taught. That is what America always was and why we have people from all over, people who came to this country had a certain mentality, they are willing to leave behind everything they have, whether coming from Ireland, Poland, Korea, Japan, Jamaica and many more to come to the frontier that the United States always was. Where people in Boston loaded up their whole families and made the 3,000 miles journey west, across the great plains, across the Rocky Mountains, and thru Death Valley just because they heard a rumor that the land was loaded with gold.
We need Pro-American education back in our schools to remind people what this country is and why it was founded. And quite honestly, we need some plan where if you want to leave the country and revoke your citizenship, we should cover the cost for you and a one way ticket with a ten year ban on re-entry. If these people hate America so much, let them leave instead of staying here and destroying it for the rest of us.
Demographics aren't changing, well at least not like you think. Newcomers to the US are having fewer and fewer kids, and this has been a trend for over a decade, now.
Yes. Though, I am not sure all necessary people will stand up.
I am sure some will. If we die for what is right, we die for what is right. Can't live forever either way...if you want to live in hiding and fear, go for it.
NJ did ban in person voting, got a letter in the mail about it a week ago. Only special cases or people with certain disabilities can vote in person. Everyone else has to vote by mail, and we'll get turned away if we go to a polling station
Exactly. Common law dictates you can use this to argue your case outside the jurisdiction but activist judges can still REEE at which point you have grounds to bring it to the SC which is unfortunately in the Communists favor.
There are two aspects: Right to assemble and right to occupation (including operate a business).
On assembly, the unconstitutional part for PA is that it was overly broad and the restriction would not accomplish the stated goal. Restrictions on assembly must be narrow and specific.
On freedom of occupation/run a business, the unconstitutional part for PA was that it was based on an extra-legal term of "life-sustaining", which was applied arbitrarily by the administration.
If you have standing, i.e. you have been directly affected by either, then read the ruling and see if the details apply to your situation.
Someone did here in Illinois, Judge ruled in his favor, fat fuck Pritzker is fighting it kicking and screaming....going all the way to the Supreme Court, whenever the hell that might be.
That rule only applies to Cis Democrats and Cis Republicans. As someone who transitioned from being a Cis Democrat when he was younger, and now identifies as a Republican, the unwritten rule allows POTUS 45 to hold that power.
SCrOTUS already screwed the pooch on church services. I guess if some Pennsylvania tranny says there's a health emergency, you lose all your American rights??
Yea where the fuck was this six months ago before we were forced to give up our liberties? Judges have no balls to take on these endless “Emergency Powers”
If our politicians had any propensity go create legislation or even emergency powers that have some sort of sunset to them I would agree. They don’t give back the power the liberty we let them borrow on our behalf.
It should be limited to say 15 days and it will expire unless the legislature Votes to continue it If the judge says it is legal. From that point on any changes the governor requests must be approved by the legislature and voted on. The legislature should also be required to vote on if the orders stay in effect every 15 days.
Also, if either a judge rules it is Unconstitutional or the legislature refuses to approve it past it’s 15 day mark, the governor is prevented from issuing a similar executive order on the same topic/issue for 90 days.
I know its listed in my state as the Governor can only issue Executive orders for 30 days, is that all states too? But somehow that turned into 6 months and not shit has been done to stop it.

Except for judges in counties that are enacting COVID restrictions without a case. I really only know of this happening in Texas, but I'm sure it's happening all over.
County after county in Texas judges have been rolling out mask orders, stay at home orders, etc etc.
Well yes and no. Lots of people rolled over yes. But a few who tried to exercise freedom were arrested (guy playing ball in park with kid, hair salon owner opening, bar owner opening, etc)
Yeahhh.....just steal your food without a mask on because every grocery store refuses you service. Also get fired from your job and be unable to find another because they all require masks.
That's why they wait until this spring to implement their Communism. If they can pull off their election fraud they'll be able to cement their power in. Any earlier and the courts would have had time to rule in our favor.
Exactly. It's six months of gross violations of our constitutional rights all over the county and hardly a peep out of the judiciary. Hopefully, we're going to see bricks like this falling on the heads of these dictators all over the country in mass numbers soon! Now we need to bring out the tar and feathers.
His name was Kyle Chapman. The California judge and prosecution intimidated him into a guilty plea. Complete bullshit. In Cali it is likely they would have found him guilty no matter what because it is a state of tyrants and pussies. He plead guilty to felony assault and has 3 years of felony deferred adjudication. If he gets a parking ticket before 2022 he will go to prison for 20 years.
Thanks for the update... yeah I remember his name and tried to search for what happened to him last night with no luck (at least I stumbled across some amazing Based Stickman videos)

You can see the wiki bullshit in action happening in real time. Some random IP just added the following in an edit about the decision:
"controversially citing the widely-repudiated Lochner v. New York"
They just had to add that in the article. I haven't read the judge's decision yet, but I find it highly unlikely that his order relied on Lochner. This filthy little wiki operative just really wanted to put "controversially" and "widely-repudiated" in there.
The US Constitution is clear as a fucking bell on this.
Bunch of commie Govs pretending to be kings and queens.
Fuck them.
Also, I went to Walmart today for a gift, I was the only one not wearing a mask and I felt so sorry for the sheep. Walked right past the security guard out front who was giving out masks and right past the manager lady inside who was also giving out masks. I simply nodded and smiled and walked by without a word.
I got my present and paid at the self checkout and left.
One punk girl hair dresser did, and I walked out saying "I'll figure something out."
I went to my based barber closer to home.
SPEZ: That's the only time I've been challenged after saying that my (freedom) disability prevents me from wearing a mask. I've received silence 5-9 times and, "Thank you, sir." once (at Walmart).
Ours does (has a fake boss man at the entrance, with a counter too, with one (person with counter) on the exit door as well. Right now, was there this past weekend LMAO! Walmart in Cumberland county (PA)is licking so much leftist in-line march. Funny thing is, Cumberland county is mostly (excuse my french) WHITE. Not only white, but middle-upper class suburbia WHITE lol. I Don't get it, walmart is STILL using one entrance/exit no matter where I go. Damn Grocery store gets more packed people, and all they do is spray the check-out belts. Walmart does not spray their check-out belts at all lol oxymoron much? Walmart Morons.
OK I feel a little better now getting that little bit of info out. And this was from PA to VA, to TN and MS (from vacation a few weeks ago)...alllll Walmarts are the same BS. Sorry for rant, hope it made sense!
Yeah it’s not like The founders didn’t know people got sick and pandemics were possible. There’s no “except” in the constitution when it comes to our God-given freedoms.
Wisconsin's shutdown was already ruled unconstitutional by the WI Supreme Court. It would be nice if they ruled the muzzle mandate unconstitutional though.
Right, now we have the rogue democrat city and county mayors, executives, health departments putting the thumb on the economy and the citizens. I appreciate the red pilled sheriffs that refuse to enforce their mandates, but businesses have to worry about having their licenses to do business revoked if they don't comply.
Texas has several thousand lawsuits filed across the state against cities, counties and Cuck Abbott, yet still nothing. It's been months because many of those suits were filed back in the spring. If we can get them to the Texas SC, they will strike down this tyrant BS but I haven't seen any news about it lately.
How come when it's something the commies don't like, a single federal judge slaps an injunction on the entire nation that goes into effect immediately?
Now arrest Wolf and Levine for negligent homicide (PA title 18). Levine removed mom from nursing home early on. They put the sick BACK IN.....arrest them now.
Yup, they all should be tried for clear negligent homicide. In the case of Levine, his action of pulling his mom out is particularly important because it shows his intent. So I feel he should be tried for premeditated murder of his fellow statesmen.
You can't sue or prosecute government officials for being complete idiots. Being an idiot isn't a crime.
There's potential to prosecute Levine, as stated above. His action of taking his mom out of a nursing home at the same time as implementing policy of moving COVID patients to nursing homes shows that he was aware of the impact of his policies.
FOUR BRICKS! FOOOOOOOOUUUUUUR! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THIS CENTIPEDE IS ABOUT TO DOMINATE!!!
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET THIS PATRIOT A BRICK! THAT'S 170461 BRICKS HANDED OUT!
We are at 24.00859154930% of our goal to BUILD THE WALL starting from Imperial Beach, CA to Brownsville, Texas! Let's make
sure everyone gets a brick in the United States! For every Centipede a brick, for every brick a Centipede!
Wolf and The Thing Levine never maintained the restrictions based on science, if they had, they wouldn't have killed thousands of nursing home elderly. The most fragile among us. Nursing home deaths in PA accounted for around or above 80% of the total deaths due 100% to these two hack fucktard stooges.
The definition of 'permitted' green activities changed multiple times as well. Restaurants may be able to open at 50% indoor dining on Sept 21 if they agree to self certify, but can opt to stay at 25% or takeout only.
Wolf has to be feeling some pressure. He needs tax revenue from an open economy. Dems own businesses, too.
Just like Connecticut, we were supposed to enter phase 3 in June As long as certain metrics were met in the state of Connecticut, which they were. Then all of a sudden just before that date the governor comes out and says well, while we have met the required metrics for me to proceed to phase 3, I am in definitely delaying it.
I'm not a lawyer, but the restaurants have to sign a document agreeing to follow a certain set of restrictions, like not serving alcohol after 10 pm. Maybe the consequences are more severe if you self certify then violate the agreement? Restaurants are still given the option to not sign, but must stay at the current lower occupancy.
It was impossible to make these decisions based on "science" because science is repeatable experiments. No one had proven lockdowns worked so there was NO science. It was some assholes opinion to lock down, nothing more.
“But the solution to a national crisis can never be permitted to supersede the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the foundation of the American experiment.”
Thank you! Due to the time difference, Hawaii judge has just finished his morning surfing. Will issue an injunction immediately to close down entire country as soon as he finishes his pineapple margarita (hey, need the hard stuff for this).
"Pennsylvania has documented 140,842 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 7,869 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic."
What they don't tell you is that almost 70% of those deaths occurred in nursing homes, homes that mass murderer Wolf required to accept Coronavirus patients even if there weren't proper facilities for quarantine.
PA has a population of just under 13 million. My condolences to the families of the dead, but 8000 out of 13 million is ridiculously small. That means one death for every 1625 people in PA. That's what the whole state was shut down for. Even if it was general population instead of nursing home focused, that's ludicrous.
"But if we didn't do the lockdown, it could have been worse!"
Your counter argument that you can't argue against because...well, we can't go back in time, can we?
Dennis Prager called that out from the start. No matter how little or how much death was truly caused from the China virus, it would be "because lockdowns saved us from more."
Letting governors ass rape their blue voters hard, for a full year, is what it takes to make them actually decide to at least stay home and not vote while telling all their fake friends they pulled for Hiden.
He's not going to suddenly flip now and take on the governors when it's working so well for him.
“But even in an emergency, the authority of government is not unfettered,” he added.
“But the solution to a national crisis can never be permitted to supersede the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the foundation of the American experiment.”
I say let blue governors fuck their own voters hard, own the entire fiasco all the way up to election day. Because each state is in a different position wrt achievement of herd immunity and new daily cases, they will fight each other over the right narrative.
in PA, limits on assembly from pandemic rules are removed. They were overly broad.
There is no such thing as an "essential" business. All business can be open.
The ruling only has effect for PA, but its likely to expand across the nation with additional suits in other states. Also, it will be appealed, possibly with a stay.
I don't know about the rest of you guys, but this whole thing has made me, a lifelong constitutionalist, wonder whether the constitution even matters anymore.
They do whatever they want for half a year or more now and we did nothing to oppose it.
“This ruling does not impact any of the other mitigation orders currently in place including, but not limited to the targeted mitigation orders announced in July, mandatory telework, mandatory mask order, worker safety order, and the building safety order.”
Also, the gov is trying to get a stay while they appeal the case. It's crucial that they lose.
This. Nothing changes at the moment. PA pedes have been down this road several times now when the state legislature tried to overturn Wolf's rules. I hope this time is different and we can go to the bar or restaurant to celebrate without Plexiglas and the kids can go back to school, but we need to see what develops now. Wolf has to be feeling the pressure, though.
Absolutely right, that POS Democrat dominated PA supreme court sided with Wolf every time. Like with civil rights matters of the 50s and 60s, we look to the federal government to ensure our rights. This never would have happened without Trump
But the solution to a national crisis can never be permitted to supersede the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the foundation of the American experiment.”
I'm not holding my breath. Wolf is not going down without kicking and screaming along with his boyfriend. This is a win for us, but I need to see the change first before I get to excited.
Lawyer here: it sets a precedent for PA. It may also have an affect on NY/NJ/CT. Jurisdictions usually look to one another for guidance if they don’t have a proper case in their own jurisdiction.
More importantly: I see this as the beginning of a flood of lawsuits in heavily locked down states. The people are fed up. The governors lost their arguments around riot season.
As I mentioned above, I know Texas has had thousands of lawsuits filed across the state since the spring. Hoping this precedent starts to move the ball.
Now do the rest of the country
Which means freedom is dead.
Hope you folks are armed up. You'll need it in your lifetimes. This I gaur-an-fucking-tee you.
Look into South Africa. There was no uprising, just a slow inexorable slide into the abyss
South Africa is like 95% retarded-ass black people who VOTED FOR what they got.
We are not the same.
Saturday I got a couple vintage 1910’s postcards from Japan too!
All of what I first listed came in the mail for me today hahahaha now I can box again on Wii Sports let’s fucking goooo 😈
Time will tell
At least I have a year worth of chicken stashed...
Now do any major city.
With demographics changing as rapidly as they are, give it a couple more generations. I hold out hope but man it looks fucked.
Yes. Though, I am not sure all necessary people will stand up.
I am sure some will. If we die for what is right, we die for what is right. Can't live forever either way...if you want to live in hiding and fear, go for it.
Maybe if we fight hard enough now with voice and pen, we won't have to shed blood and die later.
I think the high level globalist goblins actually want a hot war. Once the lead starts flying, America as we know it is done.
While we're battling each other, the dollar will instantly stop being the reserve currency, and inflate to near worthlessness.
Chyna and a coalition of UN SCUM will take our OCONUS holdings, and probably a California as a beachhead.
Chyna will also probably take everything West of the Nine Dash Line, maybe excluding Japan.
Let's hope we can turn it around without a hot war.
This is almost certainly the current plan. They don't give a fuck what happens to the USA, so long as it falls.
Life time... I have a feeling we will need them in about 51 days.
A-yuuuup. Unless Trump has some sort of be-all-end-all card, this country is done.
And he don't have it.
Freedom is only dead if we allow it to die.
Don't!
We will rebuild anew.
I didn't realize some states might have tried to ban in person voting.... that was 100% on the docket and would have ruined the country.
NJ did ban in person voting, got a letter in the mail about it a week ago. Only special cases or people with certain disabilities can vote in person. Everyone else has to vote by mail, and we'll get turned away if we go to a polling station
Since it's a fed judge, wouldn't it automatically mean the same for any state's orders?
IANAL. I'm also not a lawyer.
Obama's appointed judges had no problem making their individual illegal alien decisions apply to the entire country.
Yeah didn't Trump get his federal travel bans blocked over and over by a political hack of a Hawaiian judge?
At some point, it makes no sense.
No. Only applies to the jurisdiction. It does set precedent though and if another jurisdiction contrasts it then it should go to supreme court
Exactly. Common law dictates you can use this to argue your case outside the jurisdiction but activist judges can still REEE at which point you have grounds to bring it to the SC which is unfortunately in the Communists favor.
Right. Activist judge rulings also get to be immediately applied across the country with no fight
Hawaiian judge has entered the chat
So how could a private citizen take this to court in their own state? I’d be willing to be the face of a lawsuit against Cooper (nothing to hide).

Someone did here in Illinois, Judge ruled in his favor, fat fuck Pritzker is fighting it kicking and screaming....going all the way to the Supreme Court, whenever the hell that might be.
We need to get our hands on Roberts blackmail material.
That's a dangerous comment. Being here I assume you want the material, not the 14 year olds.
Hawaiian Judge precedents under Obama, mean that POTUS can do whatever he wants for jurisdiction anytime a federal judge rules in his favor anywhere.
No. There’s another part of the unwritten law that states the president must be a Democrat to hold that power
That rule only applies to Cis Democrats and Cis Republicans. As someone who transitioned from being a Cis Democrat when he was younger, and now identifies as a Republican, the unwritten rule allows POTUS 45 to hold that power.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYqjcHYTQgQ
Johnny Roberts' Supreme Court?
Only liberal rulings do that
Time to make the left live by their own rules. POTUS can arrest governors for violating rights in other jurisdictions as well.
This is a very dangerous slippery slop guys. Without the 9th circuit of appeals this ruling means nothing.
So what, do the commies just appeal it until it gets stuck somewhere waiting for a year to be heard, and have Austrailia- style lockdowns till then?
Exactly what happened here in Illinois months ago, still waiting to see what happens in the Supreme Court with it. who the hell knows when it might be
SCrOTUS already screwed the pooch on church services. I guess if some Pennsylvania tranny says there's a health emergency, you lose all your American rights??
Clearly just as the Founding Fathers intended.
WHAT THE DEVIL?
Yea where the fuck was this six months ago before we were forced to give up our liberties? Judges have no balls to take on these endless “Emergency Powers”
Judges should be required to immediately review emergency powers.
That should be the first step to implementing emergency powers.
It should require judicial approval like a warrant. And specifically, NOT like a FISA warrant.
Great suggestions.
I'd argue first step immediately after. You don't want rioters burning down your buildings for months before your state can implement the order.
Some states already have people running who are considering implementing something like this in the future, like AL
I know its listed in my state as the Governor can only issue Executive orders for 30 days, is that all states too? But somehow that turned into 6 months and not shit has been done to stop it.
Freedom has left the chat

Yeah, unfortunately. I hope the rest of the state has a two-year memory when the primaries come up.

And arrested and handled by people in hazmat suits for going surfing.
I do like the police confronting a fake fisherman sitting on the beach....assuming that wasn't totally staged of course.
fake fisherman didn't assemble himself
I totally agree. It has to be some concerted effort though. That highlights our lack of organization actually.
Well except for those who were arrested and put in jail for it.
Another Pede already pointed that out to you as well but you’re choosing to ignore it 🤷🏽♂️
Can you elaborate? What do you mean?
The country voted for these people. That's what they mean.
Yeahhh.....just steal your food without a mask on because every grocery store refuses you service. Also get fired from your job and be unable to find another because they all require masks.
Nowhere, unfortunately. Good to see the checks and balances are working as they should.
The wheels of justice move slow unfortunately.
Now we have precedent.

There's a picture of him on his wiki page: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_S._Stickman_IV

This is good I'm gonna use this
I use the "I have a disability (too much freedom)." line.
Do they challenge you?
They're not supposed to. I had one restaurant try to ask what my medical issue was but everyone else shuts up
One time I had a store clerk return with "I have a medical condition too" after saying the doctor's line.
Can't believe she said it. Like it's a pissing contest or something.
Wow I have the same disability actually
“I’m allergic to tyranny.”
I do that too, and every time I make it out to the parking lot I feel like I just successfully robbed a bank.
The Founders literally dealt with Smallpox which makes this COVID look like a big fat joke.
now do NJ, NY, CA, MI
TX
WI too please.
HI is by far the worst.
MD has entered the chat.
the USA has entered the chat!
Houston?
OH
How could you forget Illinois???
How come when it's something the commies don't like, a single federal judge slaps an injunction on the entire nation that goes into effect immediately?
Because corruption and blatantly illegal stuff that WE have to go through the right channels and procedures to overturn.
I agree on the idiot part, intent is hard to prove. I would say: at what point does a DA not doing his job make him an accomplice?
u/WallBot give this Patriot quad bricks!
QUAD DAMAGE!
FOUR BRICKS! FOOOOOOOOUUUUUUR! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THIS CENTIPEDE IS ABOUT TO DOMINATE!!!
We are at 24.00859154930% of our goal to BUILD THE WALL starting from Imperial Beach, CA to Brownsville, Texas! Let's make sure everyone gets a brick in the United States! For every Centipede a brick, for every brick a Centipede!
(contact my owner | how to call me)
Good, then people can vote in person, too.
Please Lord, let this finally be the first domino in the chain reaction of exposing and eradicating all BS related to this scamdemic!!!
Are you telling me there isn’t science that says Churches are dangerous beyond 25% capacity, but gyms are dangerous beyond 33% capacity?
It was impossible to make these decisions based on "science" because science is repeatable experiments. No one had proven lockdowns worked so there was NO science. It was some assholes opinion to lock down, nothing more.
Go fuck yourself, Wolf. And that creature you appointed to the health department.
Fuckn-a.
Lets say it again...
Appeal and Injunction inbound. Will you rise up for your rights, PA?
Cool. Now do Michigan.
A big loss for Tom CUCK Wolf and his tranny lover Richard Levine
Wtf, literally a tranny, I thought you guys were just calling it mean names.
Hawaii judge orders otherwise for entire country
Thank you! Due to the time difference, Hawaii judge has just finished his morning surfing. Will issue an injunction immediately to close down entire country as soon as he finishes his pineapple margarita (hey, need the hard stuff for this).
you say it as a joke but are really telling us the future.
I will be curious how many people died from things like cancer, car crashes, etc. Since they begin keeping track of coronavirus deaths.
Surprisingly COVID cured all cancer and stopped all car crashes because somehow cancer patients and those in car wrecks miraculously died of COVID.
eh, I don't think he was super hot for a third term, but now it's impossible.
Have you seen his weak ass response to Austin and Dallas defunding their police? What a worthless RINOsaur!
Remember everything he did in response to Austin turning the city into a vagrant camp and an open drug market?
Oh yeah, he didn't do a fucking thing to stop it, he just tweeted a couple of times and then gave the City of Austin a bunch of cash.
Abbott has always been full of shit.
So why you still ruled by a tyrant?
Big talk.
Pokes SCOTUS with a stick. Come on... do something.
Letting governors ass rape their blue voters hard, for a full year, is what it takes to make them actually decide to at least stay home and not vote while telling all their fake friends they pulled for Hiden.
He's not going to suddenly flip now and take on the governors when it's working so well for him.
(Elena Kagan tugs on rope, causing margarita holding hand of RBG's corpse to wave drink around a bit.) How's that?
Dr. Rachel Levine walked outside this morning and saw the shadow of her penis. Pennsylvania now has six more weeks of COVID.
Open our country!
I say let blue governors fuck their own voters hard, own the entire fiasco all the way up to election day. Because each state is in a different position wrt achievement of herd immunity and new daily cases, they will fight each other over the right narrative.
It's the cops who need to abide by no longer going after open businesses.
Law enforcement needs to start ignoring the unconstitutional mandates.
Wolf and co. belong under the prison for what they did to our nursing homes. A good start I guess.
So what does this mean? Can we stop wearing the fucking masks?
According to the ruling, it means:
The ruling only has effect for PA, but its likely to expand across the nation with additional suits in other states. Also, it will be appealed, possibly with a stay.
Mask mandate was not part of the lawsuit.
Thank you, patriot!
I never wear one outside of work. That said I was the only non sheep when I went to Walmart last night in Conway
Governor DeSantis - I sure hope you see this!!!! Open up our counties.
I don't know about the rest of you guys, but this whole thing has made me, a lifelong constitutionalist, wonder whether the constitution even matters anymore.
They do whatever they want for half a year or more now and we did nothing to oppose it.
What else will we tolerate?
Everything. Normies are too busy with listening to WAP and being overall degenerates.
BREAKING: Hawaii Judge orders Pennsylvania Judge's Order Unconstitutional
Judge Based Stickman!
IMPORTANT: https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2020/09/14/gov-tom-wolf-coronavirus-shutdown-orders-unconstitutional/
What part of the state are you in? I have some restaurant suggestions. No covid restrictions at their locations except the bar is closed.
Philly suburbs.
Ah. Ok. Opposite of me
REPRESENT!
This is different. Federal judge > state.
The state legislature passed bills, but did not have a veto-proof super-majority and Wolf sure as hell won't sign those bills.
Various aspects of the lockdown were previously appealed to PA supreme court, which said, "Nope, we're okay with Wolf stomping on the constitution."
Absolutely right, that POS Democrat dominated PA supreme court sided with Wolf every time. Like with civil rights matters of the 50s and 60s, we look to the federal government to ensure our rights. This never would have happened without Trump
I'm waiting for the Hawaiian judge to object and overturn this...
The first domino has fallen. Perfectly timed too for the elections.
So I can go out now and sit in a restaurant and get a steak? Thanks Federal Judge.
From the decision:
Of course they are. I can't believe any of these orders are Constitutional regardless if you think they're "positive."
I'm not holding my breath. Wolf is not going down without kicking and screaming along with his boyfriend. This is a win for us, but I need to see the change first before I get to excited.
I feel the same but all the more important to reelect trump. Sending another $100 to GEOTUS
Joking aside, Wolf appears to be pretty dumb. He seems to be taking all his cues from Cuomo. Whatever NY does, Wolf does a couple days later.
I'm shocked. I expected a heated response about how the federal judge wants millions of people to die.
But I suppose the fearmongers have that covered.
Good judge
Lawyer pedes: Practically speaking, does this mean anything? Or is it like Heller vs. D.C., where you’d never know that the plaintiff actually won?
Lawyer here: it sets a precedent for PA. It may also have an affect on NY/NJ/CT. Jurisdictions usually look to one another for guidance if they don’t have a proper case in their own jurisdiction.
More importantly: I see this as the beginning of a flood of lawsuits in heavily locked down states. The people are fed up. The governors lost their arguments around riot season.
As I mentioned above, I know Texas has had thousands of lawsuits filed across the state since the spring. Hoping this precedent starts to move the ball.
This is a major victory! President has been set open up the rest of the country now!
I hear crabs dancing over this one!! (Minor PSE warning if you can't guess what's on the other side of that link.)
Stay and appeal incoming.
He won't go down easily.
Appointed by GEOTUS 👌 Now stop this draconian bullshit and take your natural rights back
Every democrat governor and mayor has done the same stuff. End it all.
LET’S GO SAVE MY STATE!
Correct!
