expecting failure...
or making excuses for failure...
or ignoring real problems like lack of parental / family responsibility... lack of personal responsibility being taught in the culture... etc.
I'm all for helping, IF we're acknowledging the real problems instead of just trying to always blame outside sources.
Black people are not doomed to failure, and in fact were thriving in the middle class before democrats pushed welfare in their communities.
It's time to stop the soft bigotry of low expectations, and stop blaming everyone else instead of looking inward.
